Authentic Impact
Curtis shares lessons on resilience and pressure drawn from real-life adversity. His talks come from lived experiences navigating challenge, setbacks and growth, not just ideas from a book.
Audiences connect because the message is Real. Honest. Relatable.
Curtis delivers more than motivation.
Audiences leave with practical ways to handle pressure, develop resilience and perform at their best when it matters most.
These are frameworks people can apply immediately in their work, teams and lives.
Curtis creates a space where people reflect honestly on pressure, performance and mindset.
His talks challenge thinking, shift perspectives and leave audiences with a deeper understanding of resilience and personal responsibility.

About Curtis
For much of my life, pressure wasn't something I studied, it was something I lived.
There were moments that tested my identity, my resilience and my belief in myself. Moments that could have easily defined the direction of my life.
But they didn't.
Instead, those experiences forced growth. Reflection. Discipline. Self ownership.
Through adversity, I learned how to rebuild, not just mentally but in every area of my life. How to stay composed when everything feels unstable. How to take responsibility for my mindset, standards and direction.
Today, I speak about pressure and resilience, not as a theory, but as lived experience.
Because when pressure arrives, who you become in that moment matters.
My story
When I was ten years old, I discovered the man I believed was my dad wasn’t actually my biological father.
At that age, I didn’t have the words to understand what that meant, but it shattered my sense of trust and stability.
Suddenly the world felt different, and I felt like I had to figure life out on my own much earlier than most.
As I got older, things didn’t become easier. At school I was falsely accused of a serious offence I hadn't committed, and overnight people turned their backs on me.
Friends disappeared. I felt completely alone.
That isolation led me to attempt to take my own life.
I survived, but the experience left scars that stayed with me for years.
Later, when I left school, I signed up to the Forces which gave me something I desperately needed — purpose.
For the first time in a long time I felt direction, belonging and pride.
But that chapter ended suddenly after an ankle injury and surgery that went wrong. I was medically discharged and left living with chronic pain that still affects me every day.
Once again, I found myself rebuilding.
There were moments when life felt overwhelming. Moments where I questioned my purpose and whether things would ever change.
But through those experiences I began to understand something important.
Even in the darkest moments, there are still choices.
Choices in how we respond.
Choices in how we rebuild.
Today I share my story not because it’s perfect, but because it’s real.
And because I believe something deeply:
YOUR STORY ISN'T OVER YET.
